How We Work

How We Work for You. A message from Richard E. Prince, P.E., civil engineer and founder of Prince Engineering, PLC.

I’ve been practicing civil, environmental, geotechnical, and structural engineering for over 20 years at big firms, small firms, big developers, native American tribes, and as an owner. I’ve learned many things about engineering and service. I know what it’s like to hire engineering firms. I’ve done it for owners with good and bad experiences.

Have you ever been frustrated with the service you get from your civil engineer? I founded Prince Engineering, PLC with the goal of providing solid engineering and responsive customer service. Every time we attain it, that goal reaching starts all over again with every new client and every new project.

When you hire Prince Engineering, you’ll get a competitive price that doesn’t creep, a commitment to your schedule that keeps, and frequent communication. We understand that the success of your project is vital to your success, and we want you to grow.

Have you ever been slipped an entry-level engineer on your project? All of a sudden some kid fresh out of college calls you for questions just when the design work begins. That’s happened to me before. I hate that. It gives you the feeling of when you go to the doctor’s office and instead of your doctor, a baby-faced intern walks in the exam room.

Prince Engineering doesn’t substitute personnel. You get an experienced professional, one who knows how things get built, the one you start with, every time.

I think you’ll appreciate what happens when you hire Prince Engineering. You’ll find that the design work is solid, the schedule doesn’t slide, and you’ll always be up to date.

Sincerely,

Richard E. Prince, PE

Prince Engineering, PLC. Engineering. Simply.
